The corresponding guiding scriptures for attaining self realisation in these yugas are  Vedas ,  Smriti ,  Purans  &  Agams . When Lord Krishna, incarnation of Lord Vishnu, appeared in Dwapar is know as the Puranic Age
Kriya Yog Yoga means union or integration with the Supreme. Kriya means when one tries to turn oneself inward and dissolve the mind, intellect and ego, following the "Breath", it is called Kriya
